If I worked at a minimum wage job and my boss wanted to evaluate me, and seemed happy about it. It would be because my boss is excited to announce that I have proven well in my works. My boss is also probably pretty happy that I have stretched further than what I actually get payed for. My boss would be excited to let me know I am getting a raise from her seeing great intentions from me. She also would be very proud to tell her higher up supervisor that she hired me and that I have done great things for the shop. Nor many employees she hires end up as good as me. This is why she is so boosted with excitement. My boss is proud she actually hired someone worth while and well in charge. The fact that I am able to lead the store and do it correctly is just another reason why she is filled with ecstasy.
